About the Foundation
Established in 1984 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the Clearwater Library Foundation has a long history of providing significant monetary contributions to the Clearwater Public Library System, thereby, enriching and enhancing the collections, programs and services provided to the community.
Over the years, the Foundation has funded the purchase of special collections, thousands of books, youth service programs, memorial & honor book tributes, preservation of the Clearwater Sun newspaper, a Teen Summer Intern Program, in addition to numerous enhancements for the branch libraries and the Main Library.
The Foundation is a membership organization dependent solely on member dues and donor contributions. Your membership or contribution will assist the Foundation to continue as an important factor in the excellent quality of the Clearwater Public Library System.
Membership
Individual and corporate members are the Foundation's lifeblood. Annual membership contributions fund quality library programs. You too can make a difference in our community by becoming a member or making a contribution to the Clearwater Library Foundation.
