The Maker Studios at our Clearwater Main Library are dynamic and innovative spaces spread across three floors, designed for all ages and interests. From arts and science to entrepreneurship and local history, the Studios offer classes, drop-in sessions, and personalized training. Whether you’re a budding artist, tech enthusiast, or history buff, you’ll find the tools and inspiration to explore, create, and innovate at the Studios@Main!

 

Discovery Studio@ Main

  • Discovery Studio Rules
    Welcome to the Discovery Studio for S.T.E.A.M based exploration, discovery & play!  

    The Discovery Studio is specifically designed with the 6-12 aged patron in mind. The studio contains many science-themed activities, technology elements, engineering challenges, arts & crafts, and math games.  

    • The studio closes half an hour before the library’s scheduled closing time. 
    • Respect others who are working
    • Share materials with others
    • Use tools and materials safely
    • Clean up when you are finished and before moving on to something new
    • Keep all Discovery Studio materials within the Studio
    • Stay in the Discovery Studio while wearing your lanyard
    • Return your lanyard to the Librarian when you are finished in the Studio

Studio@Countryside

The Studio@Countryside can be reserved for public use and offers access to scanners and computers with digital arts, video and audio post-production, and office productivity software. The Studio@Countryside is located at the Countryside Branch Library. 

The studios are free and open to the public.

No library card required!
