Friends of the Clearwater Library is a non-profit 501c3 organization whose purpose is to promote, preserve, enhance and support the Clearwater Public Library System for the benefit of the Clearwater community.

Friends of the Clearwater Library (FOCL) supports our library system by raising funds through bookstores at all five Clearwater library locations. Be sure to visit the bookstore at your local branch—items are affordable and selection varies.

FOCL bookstores rely on donations. Libraries accept donations on behalf of FOCL during open hours only. Please do not leave items outside or in book returns.

We accept books, CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes in good condition. A quit claim receipt is available upon request. Items that are outdated, damaged, dirty, moldy, or infested will not be accepted.

Large donations are accepted at the Main Library (100 N. Osceola Ave.) only. For large donations or items not listed above, please contact FOCL at 1973.FOCL@gmail.com.
